Perpich Arts High School is taking additional applications for the 2013-14 school year in the following areas:
Application forms are available for download or may be picked up at the front desk of the school. Please also consult the Credit Requirements for 2013-2014 if needed.. All applications for this round of admissions are due no later than 4:30 p.m. Friday, April 26. There will be no exceptions to this deadline. Applications may be delivered through any of the following methods:
At the time of submission, each application must include the application form, a brief essay by the student, a letter of recommendation from an academic teacher and the student’s most up-to-date unofficial transcript from his or her home school. Those students whose applications receive initial approval will receive letters inviting them to admission reviews on May 13-14. Please ignore the dates offered on the application form and simply mark the art area in which the student wants to apply. Postsecondary Information Our students have gone on to attend the nation’s top colleges and universities, including eight of the top ten liberal arts colleges and four of the top five national universities as ranked by US News and World Report. The young men and women from the class of 2009 were accepted to 60 colleges in 18 states, and England. Approximately 80% will attend college in the fall. Arts High School graduates go on to success in many different endeavors. Many choose to continue their studies in music, visual art, dance, media arts, theater, or literary arts. Others may choose a different field of study or career path. Whether they go on to work, travel, college, or other adventures–Arts High School graduates take with them the ability to learn, collaborate, create, and contribute.
